The students worked very hard in setting up their places of business.
We took a while to determine the prices, scout out our competition, come up with advertising strategies, and did a wonderful job decorating the stores.
Next, it was time to go to the Bank of Johnston to get a loan of $50. The students introduced themselves, and told the banker exactly what they needed the money for.
Next came the long awaited shopping time! We took turns being consumers and producers.
The next day, we returned the $50 to the Bank of Johnston. Then we counted our profit.
