This was SUCH a delicious writing assignment!
We made sure to use our tasty action verbs as well as our adverbs to make our sentences interesting.
The outline helped us to remember our transition words as well as the star ideas and the red details for each paragraph.
The conclusion restated our topic sentence in a different way.
From the outline, we created a rough draft. After editing for punctuation marks and correct spelling, we wrote our final copy.
I had the kids vote on their favorite ice cream flavors and toppings. It was fun to go grocery shopping for all of their sweet cravings! 🍨🍨🍨🍨🍨🍨🍨🍨🍨🍨
The kids waited very patiently as I set up the table of ice cream and toppings. They were quite impressed with the line up!
I had two large bottles of whip cream...I let them have at it on their own...LOLOLOL.
