ESCAPE ROOM with FRACTIONS!

In Mrs. Johnston's class, we don't just learn fractions. We learn fractions to ESCAPE from certain DOOM. It's a very important skill to have. 

Top Secret note pads to solve fraction problems...check. 

Detective badges...check.

4 kinds of fraction puzzles ready for the 5 groups of detectives...check.

Caution tape and warning signs...check.

The all-important foot prints for no reason...check. 

And yes. The invisible ink pen...CHECK.

The kids will need to scan their hand before they can enter. Only authorized kids may enter the classroom. We shall see who makes it in, and who is rejected. 

Now, we wait for the kids to arrive tomorrow morning.

This morning, the kids came ready to tackle the problems!

Everyone worked very well together. 

The puzzles ended up being super hard!!

They continued to persevere. 

After some help from the teacher, they were able to finally ESCAPE!!

I was able to catch Ally mid-air!

HAPPY VALENTINE'S DAY 2020

I am in LOVE with these kids! 

What a great Valentine's Party we had. Thanks again for the donations of stickers and goodies for us to enjoy!

First, the kids decorated their bags. 

Then, we stuffed ourselves with nachos, cupcakes, fruit, and veggies. 

We had a blast delivering our Valentine's cards to our friends.

Finally, we were able to see all of our fun cards, candies, snacks, and gifts were in our bags! 

Most of all, we thank Jesus who showed us His ULTIMATE LOVE for us by taking away our sins and giving us eternal life...for FREE. 

WE LOVE YOU LORD, and we THANK YOU.
