They came! They came!
We have been learning the names of Polygons in math. One of the quadrilaterals is called a trapezoid.
We did an impromptu project of building a trap to catch the Zoids who only come out in the classroom during the night. We had some skeptics, but everyone built a trap, using at least one trapezoid polygon in the design.
Well, just this morning, to the surprise of the nonbelievers, they
found the Zoids trapped inside!
(This video does not show their initial reaction...I wish I had the camera rolling as they all sat at their desks this morning...LOL)
After the Zoids were tamed, they were able to touch them and play with them.
