Discovery Cube Adventures

We absolutely LOVED Discovery Cube! This is probably one of my favorite field trips for the kids. Everything is HANDS ON, and they get to explore to their heart's content.

Here are some pictures from the grocery store area where they are purchasing items on the shopping list (AND they get to learn while they're doing it!).

These girls got to go on a "helicopter ride". I had to leave and stand elsewhere because I have motion sickness...
Matthew and mom are exploring sound waves.

WIND TUNNEL!!!

We are in a kaleidoscope.

These boys are on a mission to create their own satellite.

Stephen in deep, deep thought...hummmmm.

Their satellites are ready for their mission!

Great job, ladies!

Practicing their skating skills.

Look at these rock climbing experts!

Using the pulley to reach up to the ceiling. We have some STRONG kids in our class!

Building atoms and molecules...except one is pretending like it's a lollipop...

The Dino Quest was fun, too. They were on a scavenger hunt for various fossils, and got to use wands to locate them.

A FUN TIME WAS HAD BY ALL!!!
As always, thank you to our chaperones who endured the bumpy, long bus ride there and back, and managed to return without losing a child. Good job, moms and dads:)
