The trip went very smoothly this morning. We made it to Mt. SAC in good time. We had plenty of time to enjoy our snacks before the program started.
First, we got to go into the planetarium. Obviously there was no photography allowed in there, so let the kids tell you all that they learned about the planets in the solar system.
Next, we got to build our rockets! They did a great job putting it together:)
Next came the fun part...the rockets were blasted off into the sky, and the kids tried to catch them!
Whoever caught one got to have a prize!
It's much harder than you think!!

Finally, we got to eat lunch. We were so hungry!
Our trip home was smooth as well. We got back just in time for our STEAM class.
