Welcome to Mrs. Johnston's classroom blog!
I know that as moms and dads, you've been wondering how things have been going at school, and sometimes you wish you could just be a fly on the wall to see what's happening, right?
Well, here's a little POV from the fly's perspective of the week. I just took some random pictures and videos to give you a little feel of what's been happening in and outside of the classroom.
First and foremost, I'm sure you've been hearing names all week long, but you just can't place the name with the face! Here are the faces and the names of Mrs. Johnston's superstars:
Here we are in line, getting ready to go into the cafeteria for lunch. Look at their cute smiles!!

On Wednesday, the kids got to go to STEAM class.

Thursday was our first chapel!
Here we are worshipping Jesus together:
Mrs. Plitt is our Spanish teacher this year, and we love her already!
The kids have been wonderful in the classroom. Let me show you a little glimpse of their focus and self-control during their STAR testing for Math (which is new this year):
Listen to how well they can recite their Bible verses:
And here they are singing the 3s and 4s:
I am SO grateful to the Lord for these beautiful souls that He has placed in my care this year.
